BoardK12 turns a school district's adopted strategic plan into a live, public dashboard that the board and community can follow between meetings. Each goal, objective and strategy shows progress alongside evidence, and districts can add KPIs like enrollment, attendance and graduation rates.
One flat annual fee of $2,000. Setup is included.
We do. Send us your strategic plan, the data you want to track and your branding, and we build the dashboard. We'll build a sample from your plan before you commit to anything.
Yes. The dashboard embeds on your district website with a single line of code, and anyone can view it without an account.
BoardK12 is not designed to collect student education records or student personally identifiable information. Dashboard content is district-controlled and curated by district administrators. Districts and visitors should not upload or submit student records or sensitive personal information.
It's optional. Community members can ask questions in plain language. The assistant is designed to answer from the dashboard's published content and say when the information isn't available. AI answers can be inaccurate. Districts choose which dashboards it appears on.
BoardK12 is built and run by a practicing school district administrator and operated by CongratsGrad, LLC, a New Jersey company.
